Clay It Again Spam

Spamalot producers are excited to welcome Clay Aiken back to Broadway. This ad appeared in the Sunday edition of the New York Times.

His "Triumphant Return" is to start on September 19th 2008 and promises to be another 4 months of supreme silliness. There will be much "soiling of pants" both on stage and off. Clay is packing up his family and moving on up to NYC for the duration. Everyone is hoping that Jaymes (she's a girl) Foster and Parker will make some public appearances because the fans are dying to get a look at little Parker and wish to congratulate the new parents on their bundle of joy.

The following video clip is kind of prophetic. Clay sang a few TV Theme songs as part of the fun on last year's summer tour.

So, Welcome Back to NYC Clay, and we hope that you and your family enjoy your stay "in that dee-luxe apartment in the sky"

It's not easy packing up a baby and especially for 4 months. I wonder if they are taking up a minivan instead of flying. Anyway looking forward to seeing Clay Aiken in Spamalot and getting a peek a little Parker. I can hardly wait.

  4. Clay Aiken IS THE best Robin to date! I wish I could get to see him again but was spoilt the first time round! I'm glad theres the opportunity for people to see the show if they havent before. If you are tossing up whether to or not - DO IT! You will never regret the decision!

  41. A fun revisit! And love, love, love the memories of the outdoor summer. It's been raining here non stop for like 4 days straight! But not gonna complain. At least I'm not in Galveston.

But still, looks like it's about time to start building an arc. Need wood.

Take with grain of salt but this is a sighting I can get behind:

    Clay Aiken
    Broadway & 42nd St

    Sep 17th, 2008 @ 10am

I saw Clay Aiken this morning near the Shubert theatre. I think he may be going back to Spamalot because a friend said she saw him there earlier this week. He looked ok, kinda thin. Best part was I am almost certain I got a look at his baby mamma with him! Had to be her! They were holding hands, she looked a bit older then him, brown hair. She is kinda short. Gotta love NYC, ya never know who you are gonna run into, lol.

Clay and Jaymes, sitting in the tree kissing. :-)

I bet it is true, because Clay should be there rehearsing by now, and of course his family would be with him.
